In 2023 we launched our first ever UK Green Awards, in the sector of banking. Our Green Awards highlight companies that are introducing initiatives to reduce emissions, provide sustainable finance options and move towards zero waste. The aim of the awards is to help Britons find the banking brands leading the way on sustainability.
Companies in our Green Banking Awards were assessed based on sector-specific environmental metrics. These include operational emissions, net zero targets and their position on financing fossil fuels.
