Our most recent customer satisfaction awards were held in January 2025. We partnered with research consultancy Censuswide to ask customers about their experiences with key providers in 9 different categories. There were 7,500 customer responses overall.

The winners were the companies with the highest recommendation score, and any brands which achieved 90% or more were also recognised with a Customer Satisfaction Champion award. You can see the results below!
