Winners of the Finder Share Dealing Customer Satisfaction Awards 2020 revealed
The awards recognise share dealing platforms whose customers love the service they get.
Finder today revealed the winners of its 2020 Share Dealing Customer Satisfaction Awards, based on the votes of hundreds of customers.
The winning and highly commended companies were those whose customers gave them high ratings for overall satisfaction. Where there was a tie, we also took into account the percentage of customers who said they would recommend the service to a friend.
Share Dealing Customer Satisfaction Winner: Hargreaves Lansdown
Hargreaves Lansdown, one of the UK’s largest investment services, came out on top in our customer survey with the maximum 5 out of 5 stars for overall satisfaction. An impressive 83% of customers said they would recommend it.
Share Dealing Customer Satisfaction Highly Commended: Halifax Share Dealing and Nutmeg
Halifax and Nutmeg are both highly commended, with an impressive 4.5 out of 5 customer satisfaction score, and 82% of each platform’s customers saying they would recommend the service to friends.
In all, Finder has rated 18 investing services to help customers choose the right one.
