Winners of the Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards 2020 announced


Inaugural awards recognise finance brands providing the best customer service in their field

Personal finance comparison site has today announced the winners of its first UK Customer Satisfaction Awards.

The awards cover eight categories across the personal loans, mortgages, credit cards and insurance sectors, and the winners were decided by customers themselves.

Finder collected over 6,000 consumer responses to identify the brands with the best customer satisfaction ratings in their respective industries.

Survey respondents were asked to give their provider a customer satisfaction score on a scale of 1 to 5, and also asked if they would recommend that company to a friend.

Finder then used those results to identify 20 winning and highly commended companies in the following eight categories:

Highly Commended: Halifax / Zopa

Winner: L&C Mortgages
Highly Commended: Nationwide

Credit Cards
Winner: American Express
Highly Commended: Santander / Barclaycard

Pet Insurance
Winner: M&S Bank
Highly Commended: Direct Line

Home Insurance
Winner: Tesco Bank
Highly Commended: Churchill / Aviva

Life Insurance
Winner: LV=
Highly Commended: Vitality / Phoenix Life

Car Insurance
Winner: Aviva
Highly Commended: Saga

Travel Insurance
Winner: Virgin Money
Highly Commended: Get Going
