Monzo neon card - 1800 x 1000

Existing customers can get the new card by referring 2 friends to join Monzo

Digital challenger bank Monzo has unveiled a set of 3 limited edition neon cards.

Monzo is already well known for its “hot coral” pink bank card; the new neon options are “disco pink”, “sunshine yellow” or “juicy green”.

Existing Monzo account holders can get one by referring 2 friends to join Monzo. The 2 friends then need to sign up and make a card payment within 30 days for the existing account holder to qualify for one of the new neon cards.

The move is twist on typical “refer a friend” incentive schemes. We list the latest of these, alongside switching deals, in our guide to the best bank switching deals. Find out more about the features of Monzo’s personal account in our full review.

Monzo is already running a £5 refer-a-friend scheme, where both the existing customer and new joiner get £5, and that deal may also apply with the new card offer, but Finder has asked Monzo to confirm this.

The new limited edition neon cards are available until 31 August, 2022, or until Monzo runs out of stock.
