Our verdict

Revolut Ultra is the new top-tier membership from the digital banking app. So how do its fees and features stack up?

Revolut Ultra is definitely a premium option. With a focus on airport lounges, lifestyle benefits and investment perks, its placed itself in competition with the likes of American Express. But Revolut Ultra has no minimum income requirement and no APR rates. It does come with a high monthly fee of £55, but if you're someone who travels a lot and is looking a premium card that's not a credit card, then Ultra could tick your boxes. Revolut also runs promotional deals for new customers from time to time so it may be worth viewing the latest signup-bonus offers.

For most people, the cost of the card will outweight the benefits. If Revolut Ultra is not for you then you can compare a range of packaged bank accounts here. We also have a guide on premier bank accounts for those with a high annual salary.

Pros

  • Fee-free withdrawals abroad
  • Lifestyle benefits
  • Unlimited lounge access
  • Cancellation cover

Cons

  • High monthly fee
  • No overdraft available
  • No FSCS protection
