What credit cards can I use at Aldi?
Since 2014, Aldi has accepted all major credit cards at its locations throughout the UK. This includes Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta Electron and American Express credit cards.

You have a number of payment options when shopping at Aldi. These are:

- Cash
- Debit and credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Delta Electron or American Express
- Contactless mobile payments, including Apple Pay and Android Pay

Aldi currently doesn’t accept payment by cheque, PayPal or BACS.
Does Aldi accept American Express?
Yes, Aldi has accepted American Express since 2018. UK customers can use their Amex card to make purchases at Aldi both in-store and online.
