Terms & Conditions

Overview

The Promoter is Finder.com Comparison UK Ltd (Registered number: 10482489) (“Finder”), 5-7 Tanner Street London SE1 3LE. Finder allows customers to compare credit cards via its website at Finder.com/uk (“Finder Branded Comparison Service”).

The Reward is a bank transfer or a digital Gift Card distributed by Tremendous LLC (“Tremendous”) (together, the “Fulfilment Partner”). Finder’s general terms of use, privacy policy, of Tremendous LLC’s terms also apply.

Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Promotion Period

• This Promotion runs from 25th August 2026 until it is terminated at Finder’s discretion.
• Credit Cards applied for before 25th August 2026 or after termination will not qualify.

Eligibility

To qualify for the Reward:

1. Be a UK resident aged 18 years or over.
2. Be a registered Finder member, or create a Finder account prior to claiming the Reward.
3. Maintain the credit card account and keep it in good standing until the Reward is fulfilled.
4. Be a new customer to the card provider; renewals with your current provider are not eligible.
5. Only one Reward may be claimed per qualifying account opened.
6. Only the main credit card holder is eligible for the Reward. Joint card holders are not eligible.

• American Express
• HSBC
• Santander
• 118 188 Money

Ineligibility

The Reward will not be issued if:

• The referral was not made through the unique promotion link on the Finder Branded Comparison Service.
• You are not a Finder member.
• You are a current customer of the card provider.
• You are an employee or eligible for staff discounts of the card provider.
• You redeem another similar promotion.

Additional ineligibility includes:

• Card cancelled or application rejected.
• Accounts opened using VPNs or ad blockers.
• Accounts opened via links from other cashback or rewards websites.
• Accounts opened using vouchers or promo codes not featured on Finder.
• Fraudulent transactions.
• Transactions cancelled, rejected or refunded.
• Any gift card, voucher, or store credit purchase

Reward amount

• Maximum Reward: £15.

Fulfilment

• Eligibility checks are conducted monthly for qualifying purchases.
• Rewards are issued electronically within 90 days after eligibility is confirmed.
• Rewards are sent via email to the address used for Finder Member Account.
• Finder is not responsible for delays caused by third-party account providers.

Limitation of liability

• Entries and information submitted must be personal and accurate. Participants warrant that no submissions infringe any third-party rights or contain defamatory, obscene, or threatening material.
• Finder is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including lost revenue, business, goodwill, or data.
• Finder will not be liable for failures caused by force majeure (events beyond Finder’s control).
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by Finder’s negligence.
• Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Gift card restrictions

• Use of a Gift Card is subject to the restrictions outlined at Tremendous LLC.

Disqualification & misuse

Finder may disqualify participants if there is reasonable suspicion of:

• Abuse or attempted abuse of the Promotion
• Breach or attempted breach of these terms
• Breach of Finder website terms and conditions
• Fraud or misuse of the Promotion

General conditions

• Finder may amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice.
• Costs associated with participation are the participant’s responsibility.
• All entries and participant data become Finder’s property and are managed in accordance with its privacy policy.
• Finder is not responsible for errors or delays in fulfilment.
• All intellectual property rights in the Promotion remain with Finder or its group companies.
• This Promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.

Disclosures

• Finder does not endorse any credit card providers or products.
• Participants are responsible for reviewing all terms from the provider to ensure suitability.
• Finder may receive commission for new customers made via the Finder Branded Comparison Service.
• This Promotion may not be combined with other offers.
• American Express, HSBC, Santander, 118 118 Money, Creditec and Tremendous are not associated with this Promotion.
