Terms & Conditions

Overview

The Promoter is Finder.com Comparison UK Ltd (Registered number: 10482489) (“Finder”), Level 2, 20 St Thomas St, London, SE1 9RS. Finder allows customers to compare business bank accounts via its website at Finder.com/uk (“Finder Branded Comparison Service”).

The Reward is a digital Gift Card distributed by Finder’s suppliers, Unified Incentives UK Ltd (“GiftPay”), Blackhawk Network or Tremendous LLC (“Tremendous”) (together, the “Fulfilment Partner”). Finder’s general terms of use, privacy policy, and GiftPay’s, Blackhawk Network’s or Tremendous LLC’s terms also apply.

Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Promotion Period

• This Promotion runs from 12th June 2026 until it is terminated at Finder’s discretion.
• Accounts opened before 12th June 2026 or after termination will not qualify.

Eligibility

To qualify for the Reward:

1. Be a UK resident aged 18 years or over.
2. Be a registered Finder member, or create a Finder account prior to claiming the Reward.
3. Maintain the account and keep it in good standing until the Reward is fulfilled.
4. Be a new customer to the account provider; renewals with your current provider are not eligible.
5. complete your qualified first transaction on the new account. This includes any account-level transaction (fund deposit, transfers and FX), except for the monthly fee.
6. Use the same email address for Finder Membership and the account provider.
7. Only one Reward may be claimed per qualifying account opened.
8. Only the main account holder is eligible for the Gift Card. Joint holders are not eligible.

Ineligibility

The Reward will not be issued if:

• The referral was not made through the unique promotion link on the Finder Branded Comparison Service.
• You are not a Finder member.
• You are a current customer of the account provider.
• You are an employee or eligible for staff discounts of the account provider.
• You redeem another similar promotion or cashback.

Additional ineligibility includes:

• Accounts cancelled or rejected.
• Accounts opened using VPNs or ad blockers.
• Accounts opened via links from other cashback or rewards websites.
• Accounts opened using vouchers or promo codes not featured on Finder.
• Fraudulent transactions.
• Transactions cancelled, rejected or refunded.
• Any gift card, voucher, or store credit purchase

Reward amount

• Maximum Reward: £200.

Fulfilment

• Eligibility checks are conducted monthly for qualifying purchases.
• Gift Cards are issued electronically within 90 days after eligibility is confirmed.
• Gift Cards are sent via email to the address used for the purchase.
• Finder is not responsible for delays caused by third-party account providers.

Limitation of liability

• Entries and information submitted must be personal and accurate. Participants warrant that no submissions infringe any third-party rights or contain defamatory, obscene, or threatening material.
• Finder is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including lost revenue, business, goodwill, or data.
• Finder will not be liable for failures caused by force majeure (events beyond Finder’s control).
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by Finder’s negligence.
• Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Gift card restrictions

• Use of the Gift Card is subject to the restrictions outlined at GiftPay, Blackhawk Network or Tremendous LLC.

Disqualification & misuse

Finder may disqualify participants if there is reasonable suspicion of:

• Abuse or attempted abuse of the Promotion
• Breach or attempted breach of these terms
• Breach of Finder website terms and conditions
• Fraud or misuse of the Promotion

General conditions

• Finder may amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice.
• Costs associated with participation are the participant’s responsibility.
• All entries and participant data become Finder’s property and are managed in accordance with its privacy policy.
• Finder is not responsible for errors or delays in fulfilment.
• All intellectual property rights in the Promotion remain with Finder or its group companies.
• This Promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.

Disclosures

• Finder does not endorse any banking providers or products.
• Participants are responsible for reviewing all terms from the banking provider to ensure suitability.
• Finder may receive commission for purchases made via the Finder Branded Comparison Service.
• This Promotion may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• GiftPay, Blackhawk Network, Tremendous and Airwallex are not associated with this Promotion.
