The Asda Money Cashback Plus Credit Card is the highest-earning reward card from Asda – a perk which is offset by a small monthly fee. There’s also an introductory balance transfer offer available on the card, so if you carry an outstanding balance on another card, you could bring it across to Asda and potentially save money on interest.

Although this card is billed as a “cashback” credit card, the rewards are paid as vouchers to be redeemed at Asda. That means that if you’re a regular at Asda, this card could be worth considering – you’ll need to weigh up how much you’d benefit from rewards against the monthly fee.

Repayment options

When it comes to repayments, you can make manual repayments online or over the phone (0371 704 3369), or alternatively set up a direct debit. A direct debit is a great idea because it protects you from forgetting to make a repayment and either damaging your credit score, getting hit with a penalty fee or losing any promotional rates as a result. You can arrange a direct debit for repayments when you apply for the credit card. The table below shows the options available.
