What information is needed to apply?

To provide proof of income, you’ll need to supply your latest pension statement and three months of recent bank statements, plus your latest three monthly payslips (or your latest SA302 if you’re self-employed).

Eligibility criteria

Fleet Mortgages lends for properties in England and Wales. Applicants must be a current property owner and have been so for at least 12 months. You’ll have to be at least 25 years old when applying, and no older than 85 when the mortgage term is due to end.

You must have been employed continuously for the previous 12 months, or self-employed continuously for the last 24 months.

Fleet Mortgages generally doesn’t accept applicants with adverse credit, although where the black mark was for less than £100 or more than 3 years ago, your application will still be considered.
