Can I get free delivery?

Yes! Zappos offers free standard shipping on all orders, no matter how much you spend. Standard orders typically arrive within 4 to 5 business days.

Shipping cost

You can elect to pay extra for two-day or one-day shipping. Two-day shipping costs $15 per order and is free for Silver members.

One-day shipping costs $25 per order and is free for VIP customers, Zappos app orders and Gold, Platinum and Elite members.

How can I track my order?

As soon as you’ve placed your order, you can view its status by clicking on the My account tab in the top right corner of the Zappos website.

Once an order ships, you will get an email with its tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to the appropriate courier’s website for tracking.

You can also track your order by logging into your Zappos account and searching your order history.

Payment options

Zappos accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Although Zappos previously accepted PayPal, Bill Me Later and store credit as valid payment options, these methods are no longer accepted.

You can, however, still pay with pre-paid gift cards, as long as they have a Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover logo on them. But because these cards will be processed like a regular credit/debit card, you can not combine it with another form of payment. If the balance on your pre-paid gift card won’t cover your order total, Zappos suggests using your pre-paid gift card to buy a Zappos gift certificate, which can be combined with another payment method.

What’s Zappos’s return policy?

You can return new, unused items to Zappos at no charge for 365 days after your purchase. However, if your item shipped with a security tag and that tag was removed, it may not be eligible for a return.

Can I exchange my item for a different size or color?

Yes, as long as it is new, unused and within 14 days of the original purchase.

Are Zappos returns free?

Yes, all returns are free. Zappos will provide you with a free pre-paid return shipping label to use to send your package back.

How do I return an item to Zappos?

  1. Log into your Zappos account.
  2. Click on the order number of the merchandise you wish to return.
  3. Check the Return checked item box next to the item you want to return.
  4. Select whether you would like to print your shipping label now, have it emailed to you or have it mailed to you via USPS.
  5. Click Return items at the bottom of the page.
  6. Place a copy of the return confirmation page in the box and include all original packaging if possible.
  7. Attach the return shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it in the mail.

Returns can take 5 to 10 business days to process and complete.
