Pros and cons for ASDA breakdown cover
Pros
- 4 out of 5 cars are successfully fixed at the roadside
- 24/7 roadside assistance all year
- 42-minute average response time
Cons
- No option to customise policies
- Policy information is not easily accessible
Our Verdict
ASDA Money offers a good range of policies that seems to cater for most customers. The European cover is one of the best in the market; ASDA Money has been awarded 5 stars by the policy analyst Defaqto for its breakdown cover policies.
ASDA Money says it has an average response time of 42 minutes and manages to successfully fix 4 out of 5 breakdowns at the roadside. One downside is that the product range isn’t large enough to enable you to customise your policy exactly to your needs by adding and removing parts of the policy.
Overall, ASDA Money is a good provider and with the pedigree of LV to back it up, would be a good choice for many.
