GitLab, a San Francisco-based producer of software development and IT web-based lifecycle tools, completed its IPO Thursday, selling 10.4 million shares at $77 each, raising $800 million for an $11 billion valuation.
The company had upsized its expected pricing range to $66 to $69 per share from $55 to $60.
Shares of GTLB began trading on the Nasdaq Thursday at $77.
