• How do you get a bonus from SoFi investing?

  SoFi currently runs two Invest bonuses. New customers with a SoFi Active Invest account can receive up to $1,000 worth of stock when they deposit $50 within the first 45 days. Separately, anyone transferring assets in via ACAT before September 30, 2026 gets a 1% match, up to $50,000. T&C apply.

• Does SoFi Invest have a transfer bonus?

  Yes. Through September 30, 2026, SoFi matches 1% of any assets you transfer in via ACAT to a self-directed IRA or taxable account, up to a $50,000 match on a $5 million transfer.⁽³⁾ The transfer needs to settle within the offer window, and you need to keep the funds in the account for five years to retain the full match.

• Is there a SoFi IRA rollover bonus?

  Yes — the same ACAT transfer match applies to IRA rollovers, not just taxable brokerage transfers. Rolling a 401(k) or existing IRA into a SoFi self-directed IRA before September 30, 2026 qualifies for the 1% match, up to $50,000. SoFi also offers a separate, ongoing 1% match through Capitalize for 401(k)-to-IRA rollovers outside the current promotional window.

• Does SoFi Invest offer a crypto promotion?

  Not currently. SoFi's crypto trading is offered through SoFi Bank rather than SoFi Invest, and neither the Active Invest stock bonus nor the ACAT transfer match applies to crypto holdings specifically.
