Lichen China is postponing plans to have an IPO on the Nasdaq. Here's what we know about the IPO so far and how to buy Lichen China stock.
On May 2, 2022, Lichen China—a China-based financial and taxation service provider—filed a prospectus with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to go public. You can view a more recent version of the document here.
It had planned to offer 6.3 million stocks on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol "LICN." Altogether, Lichen China had hoped to raise around $25 million from the IPO. Stocks were expected to begin trading around September 23, 2022.
Lichen China has since postponed the IPO. A future IPO date has not yet been announced. We'll update this page as more information becomes available.
