That has enabled analysts to estimate a "forward annual dividend yield" of 0.6% of the current stock value. In TriMas Corporation's case, that would currently equate to about $0.16 per share.
While TriMas Corporation's payout ratio might seem low, this can signify that TriMas Corporation is investing more in its future growth.

Have TriMas Corporation's shares ever split?
TriMas Corporation's shares were split on a 1255:1000 basis on 30 June 2015. So if you had owned 1000 shares the day before before the split, the next day you'd have owned 1255 shares. This wouldn't directly have changed the overall worth of your TriMas Corporation shares – just the quantity. However, indirectly, the new 20.3% lower share price could have impacted the market appetite for TriMas Corporation shares which in turn could have impacted TriMas Corporation's share price.
TriMas Corporation share price volatility
Over the last 12 months, TriMas Corporation's shares have ranged in value from as little as $22.4832 up to $28.7486. A popular way to gauge a stock's volatility is its "beta".
