Ximalaya filed a registration form with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to go public on the New York Stock Exchange as an American Depositary Share (ADS). This means that while the company is headquartered in China, you can easily buy shares using a US brokerage under the ticker symbol XIMA. Not yet an official IPO, this is one of the first steps of taking a private company public.

The exact IPO date has not been announced. There's no news yet about how much the stock will cost when it goes public. We'll update this page with more information as it becomes available.
