Online broker TradeStation is expected to go public via a merger with special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) Quantum FinTech Acquisition Corp.

What we know about the TradeStation IPO

TradeStation will reportedly go public next year through a merger with Quantum FinTech Acquisition, a SPAC.

The deal, which will value the combined company at $1.43 billion, is expected to close in the first half of 2022.

Shares of TradeStation will trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol TRDE.

Quantum FinTech was founded in October 2020 and currently trades on the NYSE under the symbol QFTA.
