Spinal Elements filed a registration form with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to go public on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol SPEL. Not yet an official IPO, this is one of the first steps of taking a private company public.
The exact IPO date has not been announced. Stocks are expected to open at a price of between $13.00 and $15.00. We'll update this page with more information as it becomes available.
