Lead Real Estate Co., which develops luxury residential properties in Japan, has filed a registration document with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to begin selling stocks on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol "LRE."
The company plans to sell 1.14 million American Depositary Shares (ADSs), each of which represents 1 ordinary share. Each share is expected to cost between $7.00 and $9.00.
