Hobbycraft’s returns policy
When you shop at Hobbycraft, you’ll have 14 days from the date of receipt to return unwanted purchases in an unused condition for a full refund. All orders come with a free of charge returns label, so you can shop worry-free. Simply fill out the returns slip, affix the provided postage label, pop down to your local post office and obtain a receipt as your proof of return.
Restricted returns include DVDs where the seal has been broken; and perishable items with a short shelf life.
