Overview
The Promoter is Finder.com Comparison UK Ltd (Registered number: 10482489) (“Finder”), Level 2, 20 St Thomas St, London, SE1 9RS. Finder allows customers to compare insurance quotes via its website at Finder.com/uk (“Finder Branded Comparison Service”).
Finder is offering a Refer a Friend Reward to Finder Members (each an “Eligible Member”) who refer friends or family to purchase an Eligible Product. These terms and conditions cover the Refer a Friend Reward Promotion. An Eligible Member does not need to have purchased an Eligible Product or received a Reward themselves to qualify for a Refer a Friend Reward.
An Eligible Member can receive a Refer a Friend Reward for each successful referral (each a “Referred Member”) who:
- Either signs up as a Finder Member or is already a Finder Member;
- Clicks on an Eligible Product using the unique Referral Link provided to the Eligible Member by Finder; and
- The Refer a Friend Reward will only be issued to the Eligible Member after the Referred Member has successfully opted into the relevant Reward and met all eligibility criteria outlined in the Reward T&Cs for the Eligible Product.
By taking part in this promotion, the Eligible Member and the Referred Member agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with the Reward T&Cs for the Eligible Product and privacy policy.
The Refer a Friend Reward promotion will run for the promotion period advertised on the Finder Site and may be amended by Finder at any time.
Finder may update or amend the Eligible Products and Refer a Friend Rewards from time to time.
The Refer a Friend Reward will only be issued to the Eligible Member after the Referred Member has successfully opted into the relevant Reward and met all eligibility criteria outlined in the Reward T&Cs for the Eligible Product. All referrals will be assessed on the same eligibility check date as the Referred Member’s Reward under the Reward T&Cs, and the Eligible Member will qualify for the Refer a Friend Reward provided the Referred Member meets the criteria on this date.
Refer a Friend Rewards will be issued electronically as a digital eGift Card in line with the fulfilment timing of the Reward under the Reward T&Cs for the relevant Eligible Product. Finder reserves the right to withhold or revoke the Refer a Friend Reward if the Referred Member fails to meet the Reward eligibility.
Refer a Friend Rewards will be distributed by Finder’s suppliers, Unified Incentives UK Ltd (“GiftPay”) or Blackhawk Network (together, the “Fulfilment Partner”). Finder’s general terms of use, privacy policy, and GiftPay or Blackhawk Network’s terms also apply.
Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Only one Finder Member account can be opened by either the Eligible Member or Referred Member, and the Eligible Member cannot refer themselves as a Referred Member, for example by using a different email address.
Failure to use the Referral Link according to these Terms and Conditions or not in line with the intent of the Promotion, including but not limited to any conduct on your part which is designed to undermine the intended operation of the Promotion, is prohibited and may constitute fraud.
A Referral will not be accepted if the Referral Link is incomplete, invalid or does not otherwise match our records.
The Referred Member acknowledges that the Eligible Member may be aware that the Referred Member has purchased the Eligible Product using the Referral Link when they receive the Refer a Friend Reward.
If we become aware, or have reason to suspect, that you are fraudulently misusing the Referral Link and/or have breached these Terms and Condition, you will become ineligible to receive any Refer a Friend Reward, and, where we have already provided you with a Refer a Friend Reward, you agree to refund us any amount already paid to you by us.
We reserve the right to validate the eligibility of any Referral, and may, at our sole discretion, determine any Referral to be ineligible.
This Promotion is open to residents of the UK only. Finder may verify if either the Eligible Member or the Referred Member is eligible for this promotion in its sole discretion.
This promotion may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
All eligible customers will be sent an email containing a code which can be redeemed for a digital Visa card. The code is valid for 90 days from the time of issuance or the stated expiry date. Please note, the code cannot be re-issued or redeemed post the expiry date. The Card is not transferable or redeemable for cash, in part or in whole.
Limitation of Liability
- Entries and information submitted must be personal and accurate. Participants warrant that no submissions infringe any third-party rights or contain defamatory, obscene, or threatening material.
- Finder is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including lost revenue, business, goodwill, or data.
- Finder will not be liable for failures caused by force majeure (events beyond Finder’s control).
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by Finder’s negligence.
- Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Gift Card Restrictions
- Use of the Gift Card is subject to the restrictions outlined at GiftPay or Blackhawk Network.
Disqualification & Misuse
Finder may disqualify participants if there is reasonable suspicion of:
- Abuse or attempted abuse of the Promotion
- Breach or attempted breach of these terms
- Breach of Finder website terms and conditions
- Fraud or misuse of the Promotion
- Promoting the exploitation of rewards
- Exploiting rewards where the product is free or the cost is less than the reward
General Conditions
- Finder may amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice.
- Costs associated with participation are the participant’s responsibility.
- All entries and participant data become Finder’s property and are managed in accordance with its privacy policy.
- Finder is not responsible for errors or delays in fulfilment.
- All intellectual property rights in the Promotion remain with Finder or its group companies.
- This Promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
Disclosures
- Finder does not endorse any providers or products.
- Participants are responsible for reviewing all terms from the provider to ensure suitability.
- Finder may receive commission for purchases made via the Finder Branded Comparison Service.
- This Promotion may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
- GiftPay and Blackhawk Network are not associated with this Promotion.

If you are eligible but have not received your Reward within 120 days, contact Finder customer service via the email linked to your Finder account.
Support: If you believe you are eligible and have not received your Refer a Friend Reward within 90 days after the Referred Member has completed eligibility checks, please contact Finder’s customer service using the email linked to your Finder account.
