Southeastern Grocers, the parent company of grocery chain Winn-Dixie, has applied to pull the plug on its planned $142 million IPO some nine months after postponing the deal.
“The company is applying for withdrawal of the registration statement because the company has determined not to pursue the contemplated offering at this time,” Southeastern Grocers said in the Oct. 29 filing.
