Information on how to participate in the Promotion forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (each an “Entrant”).
Promotion Period means the period beginning Friday, April 10, 2026 and ending at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, unless otherwise extended or withdrawn by Finder.com.
Qualifying Event means sign up and make an Eligible First Deposit of $1,250 or more in a new SoFi Active Invest Account.
Eligible First Deposit means the first net cash deposit made into the SoFi Active Invest account within 5 days of clicking the Finder promotional link, equal to $1,250 USD or more. Transfers in securities or crypto assets, promotional credits, referral bonuses, incentive payments from SoFi, deposits made after the 5-day qualification window, internal account transfers from existing SoFi accounts, or other non-cash deposits do not qualify as Eligible First Deposits.
Reward means the $150 Finder reward, issued as a digital gift card, provided solely by Finder.com and not by SoFi®. The Reward is paid on the Fulfillment Date (i) upon successful opening of a new SoFi® account through the Finder.com promotional link; and (ii) completion of the Qualifying Event as defined above.
Eligibility Date means the date on which Finder verifies whether all eligibility requirements have been met. For this Promotion, the Eligibility Date is Friday, July 10, 2026.
Fulfillment Date means the date on which Finder issues the Reward following verification of eligibility. For this Promotion, the Fulfillment Date is Monday, August 10, 2026.
New Customer means any individual or entity who does not currently hold an active account with SoFi® and has not been a primary or joint owner of any account, profile, or established service relationship with SoFi Bank, N.A., or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries (collectively, “SoFi Entities”). Accounts closed with a negative balance or due to broker-initiated termination also disqualify an applicant from being considered a New Customer.
In the case of a joint account application, all named account holders must independently meet the definition of a “New Customer” for the account to be eligible for the Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, only one (1) Reward will be awarded per new SoFi Active Invest account opened, regardless of the number of joint owners or participants.
Eligibility is cross-referenced across all SoFi product lines. If SoFi records indicate that a participant has an existing profile or account of any type (Banking, Loans, Credit, or Member Tools) prior to clicking the Finder link, the participant will be deemed ineligible for the Reward, regardless of whether they are opening an Invest account for the first time.
DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD, THESE TERMS REPLACE ANY PRIOR TERMS FOR THE FINDER $150 SoFi® OFFER.
