The company operates in three segments: Smoking Products, Smokeless Products, and NewGen Products. The Smokeless Products segment manufactures and markets loose leaf chewing tobacco and moist snuff tobacco primarily under the Stoker's and Beech-Nut brands. The NewGen Products segment offers both B2B (Vapor Beast) and B2C (International Vapor Group) online vape distribution platforms along with its new product development business, Nu-X Ventures. Nu-X Ventures develops products with cannabidiol isolate, hemp, nutraceutical, non-tobacco nicotine, and other active ingredients under the Nu-X and Solace brand names.
