Bullish is expected to go public soon. Here's what we know about the IPO — and how to buy Bullish stock when it's available.
What we know about the Bullish IPO
Bullish is planning to go public through a merger with a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), also known as a blank check company. SPACs are companies with no commercial operations that exist purely to raise capital through IPOs. The deal is expected to take place in late 2021.
The SPAC, Far Peak Acquisition Corporation, currently trades under the ticker symbol FPAC.
The stock is expected to cost approximately $10 a share, though that may change based on the value of cryptocurrency and market conditions. If the deal goes through, shares in FPAC will be converted to Bullish shares.
