If you’ve been enticed by the ‘one month free’ Amazon Prime offer, but it wasn’t enough to keep you, this handy guide will show you how to cancel your membership.

Cancelling Prime

If you’ve come to the conclusion you want to cancel your Prime subscription, you might be finding it a little tricky. Follow these simple steps on how to cancel your membership:

  1. Log in to your Amazon account and click ‘your account’
  2. Click ‘your prime membership’
  3. On the left hand side of your screen, click ‘end membership and benefits’
  4. Click ‘I do not want my benefits’

And there you go! Your subscription will now be cancelled, if you change your mind you can rejoin at any time. Also you can still shop at Amazon and take advantage of many of our Amazon discount codes and vouchers to make sure you’re getting the best deal possible!

Note: Prime memberships redeemed through a promotional/gift code are not refundable.

    I want to cancel amazon prime.
    My Amazon Account has been cancelled but prime is still taking DD from bank I want to cancel this as I never use it.

      To cancel a subscription or recurring payment, please follow these simple steps:

      1. On the Details page under Manage Merchant Agreement, click Cancel agreement.
      2. In the dialogue box that opens, click Cancel agreement.
      3. When the cancellation has been processed, we will send you a notification email that confirms the cancellation.

    Hi, I accidentally joined the prime free trial when placing an order recently. I wish to cancel and have searched for instructions on how to do this. However I cannot find the end membership information on the left to click on. I am stuck. Please help. Thank you.

      Thanks for contacting Finder.

      If you want to cancel your free trial, please click ‘Cancel free trial’ or ‘Do not continue’, on the left-hand side of the page. If you select ‘Do not continue’ for your free trial, you’ll receive benefits until your free trial period ends. Then your membership will cancel, and your payment card won’t be charged.

    I have instructed my Bank NOT to pay any future charges or monthly requests

    1) why am i paying £7.99 a month ?
