To get the most out of the Laura Ashley Mastercard, you’ll want to be a regular shopper with the brand and you’ll want to clear your balance in full each month. If that does sound like you, then you could stand to reap some tasty introductory and ongoing rewards.
If, however, you’re just looking to spread the cost of a large expenditure, or to earn flexible rewards, you’ll find more specialised cards available from New Day (who issues this card) and others.
Perks of this card include a 0% interest period of 12 months on existing card debt that you transfer to the new card, a 0% interest period of 3 months from account opening on purchases, a welcome bonus of a lump sum of points, access to exclusive events and offers and an exclusive cardholder voucher booklet with your first statement.
You’ll earn Privilege Points every time you use the Laura Ashley Mastercard, but as you might expect, you’ll earn them at a better rate when you use your card to spend with Laura Ashley. Once a quarter, your points get converted into vouchers and sent out with your statement, for you to redeem against luxury homewares, fashion or whatever takes your fancy.
Comparison of store and rewards cards
Approval for any credit card depends on your status. The representative APRs shown represent the interest rate offered to most successful applicants. Depending on your personal circumstances, the APR you're offered may be higher, or you may not be offered credit at all. Fees and rates are subject to change without notice. It's always wise to check the terms of any deal before you borrow.
Repayment options
When it comes to repayments, you can make manual repayments online or over the phone (0333 220 2529), or alternatively set up a direct debit. A direct debit is a great idea because it protects you from forgetting to make a repayment and either damaging your credit score, getting hit with a penalty fee or losing any promotional rates as a result. You can arrange a direct debit for repayments when you apply for the credit card. The table below shows the options available.
Choose from the following direct debit options for your monthly repayments:
