Winners of Finder’s Customer Satisfaction Awards 2024 revealed
Annual awards recognize financial providers offering the best service, according to their customers.
Personal finance comparison site finder.com announced the winners of its 2024 Customer Satisfaction Awards today.
The awards recognize providers across banking, savings and investments, and the winners were decided by their customers.
Finder collected over 2,900 consumer responses to identify the brands with the best customer satisfaction ratings in each category.
Survey respondents were asked to give their provider a customer satisfaction score on a scale of 1 to 5, and also asked if they’d recommend that company to a friend. An overall customer satisfaction star rating was generated for all of the brands listed in the survey, and six winning and highly commended companies were identified across the three categories.
