Method 2: Use Citibank’s website to find ATMs in the US

Citibank’s website can help you find free ATMs in the US, including thousands of ATMs in department stores, drugstores and convenience stores.

  1. Visit
  2. Open the menu on the landing page, and select ATM/Branch.
  3. Type in a location, then click or tap the magnifying glass.
  4. Use the filter feature to narrow down your results to ATMs or branches.
  5. Optionally use the filter to distinguish between ATMs that exclusively offer cash withdrawals and those that offer full service. You can also use it to find ATMs that are open 24/7.

Method 3: Use the Citi Mobile app to find ATMs in the US

If you don’t already have it, you can download and install the Citi Mobile app from either the Apple App Store or Google Play. If you’re not signed into the app, you can find a link to Citi’s ATM locator in the lower-left corner of your screen after launching the app. But if you are logged in, you’ll need to follow these steps.

  1. Launch the app.
  2. Tap Services, then select Help and support
  3. Select Locate an ATM/Branch.
  4. If prompted, allow the app to identify your location.
  5. Filter by ATMs or branches.
  6. Once you’ve identified a nearby ATM, tap Directions to have your maps app navigate you.

Method 4: Use Citi’s international ATM locator

To findCiti ATMs while traveling outside the US, you can use Citi’s international ATM locator by following these steps:
