Ribble Cycle’s return policy

If you’ve changed your mind about a purchase, you can return your order within 90 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Faulty goods must be notified within 14 days of finding the fault. Return postage is only covered by Ribble Cycles if the items are incorrect, damaged or faulty. To return your order, simply follow these steps:

  1. Fill in the returns form included in your parcel.
  2. Re-pack your items in their original packaging.
  3. Cover the original address label with the returns label. You’ll find this on your invoice.
  4. Return your package via your preferred courier. Don’t forget to ask for proof of postage, and keep it safe in case you need prove that you returned an order.
  5. Once Ribble Cycles have received your items, allow 3 working days for them to complete your exchange, refund or store credit.
