Broadband/Mobile plan reward terms and conditions

Overview

The Promoter is Finder.com Comparison UK Ltd (Registered number: 10482489) (“Finder”), Level 2, 20 St Thomas St, London, SE1 9RS.

The Reward is a digital gift card distributed by Finder’s suppliers, Unified Incentives UK Ltd (“GiftPay”) or Blackhawk Network EMEA Ltd (“Blackhawk”) (together, the “Fulfilment Partner”).

Finder’s general terms of use, privacy policy, and those of the Fulfilment Partner terms also apply. Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Promotion Overview

Finder allows customers to compare mobile and broadband quotes from “Providers” via its website at Finder.com/uk (“Finder Branded Comparison Service”) the service is powered by Stickee (Stickee Technology Limited) (the “Comparison Partner”).

Promotion Reward Amount

  • £55 for broadband
  • £25 for mobile plans
  • £10 for SIM only plans

Some broadband providers also offer provider rewards up to £170 in addition to the Finder Reward. The provider reward must be claimed directly from the provider once you activate your internet connection and are covered by the provider’s terms and conditions which you will find on the provider’s website when you sign up with them.

Promotion Period

  • This Promotion runs from 25th February 2026
  • until it is terminated at Finder’s discretion

Promotion Eligibility

To qualify for the Reward the promotion and general eligibility conditions must be met:

  • Eligible products: Mobile Phone Plans, Sim Only Plans & Broadband Plans.
  • For SIM Only, £10 or more must be spent within 2 months. For example a monthly contract greater than £10 per month, or a £5 monthly SIM paid for two months or more.
  • Plans must be activated and not cancelled before the reward is fulfilled.

General Eligibility

  • Be a UK resident aged 17 years or over.
  • Be registered and logged in as a Finder member, or register your email address when prompted while clicking through to the Partner/Provider.
  • Be a new customer to the provider; renewals with your current provider are not eligible.
  • Use the same email address for registration with Finder, the Partner/Provider.
  • Only one reward may be claimed per eligible product.

General Ineligibility

The Reward will not be issued if:

  • You failed to meet any of the Promotion Eligibility or General Eligibility Criteria.
  • You purchased or registered with the Partner/Provider outside of the Promotion Period.
  • You did not click through the unique promotion link on the Finder website.
  • Utilising other cashback websites or similar promotions in combination with Finder.
  • Purchases using vouchers or promo codes not featured on Finder.
  • Cancelled, refunded, returned purchases or withdrew required deposits.
  • Using VPNs or ad blockers.
  • Fraudulent transactions.
  • Any gift card, voucher, or store credit purchase.
  • You are an employee or eligible for staff discounts of the Partner/Provider.
  • You are not a Finder member, you will need to be to redeem the reward.

Fulfilment

  • Eligibility checks are conducted monthly for qualifying purchases and registrations.
  • Gift Cards are issued electronically within 90 days after eligibility is confirmed.
  • Gift Cards are sent via email to the address registered with Finder.
  • Finder is not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers.

Limitation of Liability

  • Entries and information submitted must be personal and accurate. Participants warrant that no submissions infringe any third-party rights or contain defamatory, obscene, or threatening material.
    Finder is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including lost revenue, business, goodwill, or data.
    Finder will not be liable for failures caused by force majeure (events beyond Finder’s control).
    Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by Finder’s negligence.
    Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Disqualification & Misuse

Finder may disqualify participants if there is reasonable suspicion of:

  • Abuse or attempted abuse of the Promotion
  • Breach or attempted breach of these terms
  • Breach of Finder website terms and conditions
  • Fraud or misuse of the Promotion

General Conditions

  • Finder may amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time without notice.
  • Costs associated with participation are the participant’s responsibility.
  • All entries and participant data become Finder’s property and are managed in accordance with its privacy policy.
  • Finder is not responsible for errors or delays in fulfilment.
  • All intellectual property rights in the Promotion remain with Finder or its group companies.
  • This Promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.

Disclosures

  • Finder does not endorse any partner, providers or products.
  • Participants are responsible for reviewing all terms from the Partner/Provider to ensure suitability.
  • Finder may receive commission for purchases made via the Partners/Providers.
  • This Promotion may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
  • Fulfilment partners, comparison partners and providers are not associated with this Promotion.

Support

If you are eligible but have not received your Reward within 120 days, contact Finder customer service via the email linked to your Finder account.

Gift Card Restrictions & Support

  • Use of the Gift Card is subject to the restrictions outlined at GiftPay or Blackhawk.
  • Once activated please contact the relevant Fulfilment Partner for support regarding gift cards.
