If you’re having an issue with your Virgin Media broadband there are several ways to get in touch with Virgin Media, both online and via telephone. You can find all the contact information you need to resolve your problem below.

Contact points for business broadband customers including Virgin Media live chat

  • New customers – If you want to create a new business account, sign up at the the Virgin Media Business site to see your options.
  • Live chat – Available via the Virgin Media live chat link.
  • Phone – Customer service: 0800 052 0800 (Available Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm).
  • Email form – This can be found on the Virgin Media site within the Contact pages.
  • Twitter – Twitter can often provide one of the simplest and quickest ways to resolve your issue. Simply head over to their Twitter page @vmbusinesshelp and ask a member of the Virgin team your question. Support here is available from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Contact points for other Virgin Media customers

  • Live chat – For all online support head to the Virgin Media contact page – select your query from the list provided and choose to either chat with agents online, head to the help and support page or ask the community. Live Chat is available between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday and 8am-5pm on Saturday.
  • Phone – Customer service: 0345 454 1111 (Available 8am-midnight everyday). For those of you who already have a Virgin Media home phone simply call 150.
  • Twitter – Twitter can often provide one of the simplest and quickest ways to resolve your issue. Simply head over to their Twitter page @virginmedia and ask a member of the Virgin team your question. Support here is available from 8am-10pm Monday to Friday and 8am-4pm on weekends.

Hopefully going through these channels will provide you with the answers you require. However if you’re still not happy with your current broadband experience, there may be other potentially better alternatives.

What are my alternatives?

There are many reasons why your broadband may not be running as efficiently as possible.     I upgraded my parents TV package today, how long does it take for Virgin to change it so we can see all channels?

      When you upgrade your TV package with Virgin Media, it will be activated within 24 hours. If in case the channels are still not available after 24 hours, please contact Virgin Media directly so they can assist you further.
