Superdry’s returns policy

If you’ve changed your mind about a purchase, you can return or exchange your order within 28 days from the day you received the items. You’ll also be pleased to know that returns are completely free of charge. Simply follow these steps:

1. Re-pack your items in their original packaging.
2. Fill in your order form, specifying whether you would like a refund or exchange and place it in your returns parcel.
3. Cover the original address label with the Superdry returns label. You’ll find this on your delivery note. If you can’t find it, don’t panic – simply browse your order history online and you’ll be able to print off a new one.
4. Return your package at your nearest Collect+ store. Don’t forget to ask for proof of postage, and keep it safe in case you need to prove that you returned an order.
5. Allow 7-10 working days for Superdry to process the refund or exchange.

  One of the brand’s owners, Julian Dunkerton began selling vintage-looking, Americana inspired clothing in Cheltenham, Oxford, Birmingham and Edinburgh under the name Cult Clothing. Julian met James Holder, the brand’s other owner, and they combined their passions for high quality fabrics and typography and graphics. After taking an inspirational trip to Tokyo, Superdry was born.

• Does Superdry have stores?

  Yes, Superdry has stores in 46 countries. There are 139 owned stores across the UK and mainland Europe and 208 franchised and licensed stores.

• How do I get free delivery?

  Superdry’s standard delivery is free. They also offer next day delivery for £3.95.

• Can I return items?

  If you are unhappy with your items, you can return them within 28 days of delivery. Simply complete the Returns Form enclosed with your order and specify if you would like to return or exchange. Superdry offer free returns with CollectPlus.

• Does Superdry offer student discount?

  Unfortunately, Superdry does not offer student discount at this time.
