- Cover to re-house your tenants after a flood or fire.
- Buildings insurance to repair or rebuild your property.

What is my excess?
An excess is the amount of money that you will be expected to contribute when you make a claim.
The amount of your excess will depend on the claim you are making. Make sure you read your Policy Schedule as information about your excess and the amount you will have to contribute for a claim will be detailed in it.
