Which airlines fly to Tenerife?
Tenerife has two airports: Tenerife North Airport and Tenerife South Airport. The latter is the largest, and where flights from the UK tend to go to. British Airways, Ryanair, Thomson Airways, Jet2, Norwegian Air International, Norwegian, Monarch, Thomas Cook Airlines, Vueling Airlines and easyJet all fly directly to Tenerife South Airport.
KLM, Aer Lingus, Iberia, Brussels Airlines, SWISS, Aeroflot, Austrian Airlines, WOW air and Luxair also fly to Tenerife South Airport, but not directly.
What airport transfer options are available?
From Tenerife South Airport taxis can be pre-booked or taken as you exit, and hire cars can be picked up and booked from the airport. There are also shuttle services that operate the major hotels and resorts, and bus services 111, 343, and 450 all go to and from the airport.
What car hire options are available?
Car hire desks are open in Tenerife South Airport, where you can easily get a hire car. You can also pre-book online to avoid disappointment, particularly during peak periods. Available companies are: AutoReisen, Goldcar Rental, Hertz, Cicar, Sixt, Europcar, Top Car AutoReisen and InterRent.
