Our verdict
Despite its name, Fast Loan Direct is not a direct lender and may pass your information on to third-party companies.
Fast Loan Direct claims to be a personal loan connection service. It says that all you have to do is fill out a quick online application, and you’ll receive multiple loan offers within minutes. Loan amounts range from $100 to $35,000 with rates starting at 5.99%. However, the fine print states that you could be connected to tribal lenders, where rates are routinely up to 500% or more. And it appears you may also be connected with debt settlement services, credit card offers, insurance products or credit monitoring and repair services. Basically, it could sell your data to anyone willing to pay a fee. We also couldn’t find any legitimate customer reviews online.
Best for: We don’t recommend this site because we can’t confirm if they’re legit — and we strongly suspect it’s not — and there are far better ways to look for a personal loan.

Is Fast Loan Direct legit?
It’s hard to say for certain if Fast Loan Direct is a legit loan connection service, but we suspect it’s not. It doesn’t have any customer reviews on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) or Trustpilot — two trusted review sites — and we couldn’t find any other reviews either.
Also, you can’t really call the company to ask questions. When you call, it doesn’t identify who you’re calling, and if you choose an option to speak to someone, it just keeps looping back to the main message until it finally prompts you to leave a message.
There are many other legitimate personal loan lenders to choose from. You’re better off researching BBB-accredited lenders, reading reviews from other borrowers and reaching a more informed opinion.
Where Fast Loan Direct falls short
- Not a direct lender. Just for starters, Fast Loan Direct doesn’t issue loans itself. Whether you’re looking for an installment loan, personal loan, payday loan or other alternatives, there are plenty of direct lenders to compare.
- Sells your information to third parties. While this is not a novel concept, Fast Loan Direct won’t just sell your data to lenders. You could also be inundated with unsolicited offers for credit cards, insurance products, debt relief companies and more. And then you’ll have the fun job of convincing each and every one to stop calling, emailing or texting you.
- No customer reviews. Another big red flag. Almost all lenders and loan marketplaces have BBB and Trustpilot pages with customer reviews and complaints, whether they’re good or bad, but this company has zero.
What makes Fast Loan Direct shine?
- Range of loan amounts. Fast Loan Direct claims to connect borrowers with loans from $100 to $35,000. But you could more easily get a cash advance app for loans of around $500. Or for a larger loan, check out personal loans from direct lenders.
- No minimum credit score. Fast Loan Direct has no minimum credit score to apply, but there are better options for bad credit personal loans than this connection service.
- Fast funding. This company might promise next-day funding, but you’re probably better off exploring other fast personal loan lenders with proven track records.

There don’t appear to be any Fast Loan Direct reviews or complaints by customers. It doesn’t have a BBB page, which is odd because it did have one when we originally reviewed it in July 2024. At the time, it had an F rating and eight negative reports. Reviewers claimed the company was a scam, and some said they were asked to remit fees in the form of gift cards, which is always a big red flag.
Fast Loan Direct has a Trustpilot page, but it’s listed as “unclaimed,” meaning it’s possible the company isn’t aware the page exists. There are no Fast Loan Direct reviews on that page.
There are a few third-party reviews floating around the web, but none were from verified sources. We couldn’t find any legit customer reviews from anyone who had gotten a loan from Fast Loan Direct.
What do people on Reddit say?
There was one so-called customer review on Reddit, but it read like a very lengthy paid advertisement. Even the user name of the original poster sounds sketchy.
