Community National Bank might be small, but that can be a good thing. Its loan officers know the Chattanooga region better than an officer at a larger bank might.

But it only offers the basics — you’ll have to go elsewhere if you want merchant services, for example. And since it doesn’t have many online reviews, you might want to ask around other local business owners to see if anyone has had any experiences with this lender.

Community National Bank has almost no online reviews and complaints — common for a bank of this size. This isn't necessarily a good or bad sign. But since most customers write reviews when they're extremely happy or unhappy with their experience, a lack of reviews may mean that most customers don't have strong feelings either way.

What do employees say?

Employees give the bank mostly positive reviews on websites like Indeed. But it also appears that these might be a mix of reviews from employees at different, unaffiliated banks with the same name. Positive employee reviews usually indicate a lower rate of employee turnaround — and a better likelihood of working with a seasoned lending expert.

What other products does it offer?

Community National Bank offers a few basic financial products, including:

  • Personal and business checking accounts
  • Personal and business CDs
  • Personal and business savings accounts
  • Individual retirement accounts
