What is Vision Direct’s delivery and returns policy?

Vision Direct aim to deliver all contact lenses the next day for £2.98 when ordered between Monday and Saturday. If you spend over £49, you can get free next day delivery with a tracking service. These delivery times also apply to sunglasses.
When you order glasses, Vision Direct aim to deliver them within 3 working days of receiving your prescription details. Delivery costs £2.98 but you can get free delivery on orders over £49.

If your prescription changes, you can return contact lenses within 6 months of purchasing them as long as they are unopened and undamaged. Get in touch with Vision Direct’s customer service team and they will post the same lenses with your new prescription or issue a refund.

You can also return your glasses within 100 days of ordering free of charge. Vision Direct will refund any undamaged glasses and these can take up to 5 working days to process.

If you order sunglasses and change your mind, you can return these within 30 days of purchase.
