Winners of the Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards 2024 revealed
Annual awards recognise the finance, investing and insurance brands providing the best service, according to their customers.
Personal finance comparison site finder.com has today announced the winners of its Customer Satisfaction Awards 2024.
The awards recognise providers across 15 categories including banking, mortgages, personal loans, credit cards, investing, insurance and TV streaming. Winners were decided by you, their customers.
Finder collected nearly 10,000 consumer responses to identify the brands with the most satisfied customers in each sector.
Survey respondents were asked to give their provider a customer satisfaction score on a scale of 1 to 5, and also asked if they’d recommend that company to a friend. Finder then generated an overall customer satisfaction score for all of the brands in the poll, and identified the 33 winning and highly commended companies across the 15 categories.
