Welcome to the Finder Retail Awards 2022

We are delighted to present Finder’s inaugural Retail Awards. These customer-voted awards identify the brands providing the best products to consumers across 8 different retail categories. From laptops to toasters, and hair dryers to vacuums, we surveyed thousands of customers to get the views that really matter – the opinions of consumers who have purchased and used these products.

We asked customers in our survey to rate the products they own in 5 areas: value for money, reliability, performance, customer satisfaction, and whether they’re worth a recommendation to a friend. The winner in each of our 8 retail categories had the highest average score across all of these areas combined.

As well as the category winners above, we looked across the customer scores in all 8 categories to identify the brands that consumers felt offered the best value products. This year’s joint winners of our “Best Value for Money Brand” award are Motorola (from the Personal Tech category) and Shark (from the Vacuum & Floorcare category).
