Dreams was founded in 1985 and has since grown into a household name as one of the UKs leading bed retailers. Dreams is headquartered in High Wycombe and currently employees more than 1,900 people in its 195 stores across the UK.

Dreams’ returns policy
Dreams offer refunds, returns and exchanges.
- If you are returning an item due to it being faulty or damaged, Dreams will collect the item from your house and refund you within 14 days
- Unused and wrapped goods can be exchanged as long as you notify Dreams of your intention within 14 days of receipt
- If you are returning an item that is not faulty or damaged Dreams will charge a £38 fee for collecting the item from your house
- Smaller items may be returned to your nearest Dreams store
