How does Clearpay work?

When you shop with Clearpay you don’t have to pay for your goods upfront. Instead, your payment is split into 4 equal chunks. You pay the first at the point of purchase and the other 3 payments over 2-week intervals. Find out more in our Clearpay review.

What happens if I miss a payment?

If you miss a payment you will no longer be able to make any purchases using Clearpay. You will be charged £6 for your late payment and a further £6 if you don’t make your payment within 7 days.

What happens if I want to return toys I bought using Clearpay?

If you want to return some or all of the toys you bought using Clearpay you must follow the returns policy of the retailer you bought them from. This information can usually be found on the retailer’s website.

Once the refund has been processed, it will automatically be shown on your Clearpay Payment Schedule and the refund added to the card you paid with.
