  1. 1. Check out the latest offers from Birchbox from the array above and take note of the coupon code or offer you’d like to use.
     2. Browse through the available products on Birchbox’s website. Once you have found an item that you would like to purchase, select the size and colour (if applicable), click the orange “ADD TO BASKET” button and specify the quantity needed. Then select the shopping cart icon in the top right-hand corner of the page to go to your basket.

  3. A tab should appear on the right-hand side of your screen. Select the orange “CHECKOUT” button to proceed.
  4.Enter your delivery information and payment details in the drop-down tabs. Then select the “GOT A PROMO CODE?” box towards the bottom of the page, enter your code in the box provided and click apply to recalculate your total. Finally click the orange “PLACE ORDER AND PAY” button to complete your purchase.

The company offers a monthly subscription box containing five mini products that are personalised. This method of shopping enables shoppers a selection of products to find which work best for them, without spending a heap of money!

Birchbox accept returns within 90 days of purchase and all returns are free! Simply contact Birchbox with your order number and name of the product(s) you would like to return. A prepaid returns label will be sent to you for you to post your unwanted item(s).
