Worried about getting your next Topshop fashion fix? ASOS has your back.

It’s almost impossible these days to shop for fashion online without coming across ASOS. The online retail giant has hundreds of thousands of fashion items for men and women and stocks brands ranging from its own ASOS Design label to designer brands, independent brands and high street brands such as River Island and New Look.

Given that ASOS has offered Topshop and Topman branded items for sale for years, it’s unsurprising that when Arcadia announced it was going into administration earlier this year, that ASOS would be interested in acquiring some of the company’s more well-known brands.

Today, 1 February, boohoo announced it was purchasing the Debenhams brand and online presence, while (similarly to ASOS’ move) not taking on any physical retail space. boohoo was also slated by several news outlets to be considering taking over the brands now snapped up by ASOS.

ASOS' website already has banner ads announcing the merging of the brands, so we expect to see new collections coming soon!
