- Ongoing costs. On top of the $9.95 monthly fee, you’ll pay $2.95 for each withdrawal at an ATM overseas or outside the MoneyPass network, $0.95 for each balance inquiry at an out-of-network ATM, $1.95 for paper statements and $0 to replace a lost or stolen card. There’s also an over-the-counter withdrawal fee of $2.95 per transaction, and a 2.95% foreign transaction fee.
If you prefer a prepaid card with minimal fees, you’ll want to keep looking. As always, compare your options when looking for a prepaid card.

I’ve only read bad reviews for card.com but it seems to be a pretty good card from what I just read. I’ve not used it yet but my solo pre paid card is terrible. I get charged for everything I do. When running at a store, ATM and when it don’t go through, they charge almost a dollar even when it’s not my fault so I’m just asking will this be the case with card.com? I need a card I can use everyday and not be charged for everything I do. Is there charges for online purchases?
