That’s because it offers a strong cash back on dining — in fact, it’s a top-of-the-line rewards rate among competitors. How does a balance transfer work with this card?
You can request balance transfers 10 days after you open your account. Beware that your account may be ineligible for some transfers.
You can’t transfer balances from other Capital One accounts, including co-branded cards with Kohl’s, Sony, GM, BuyPower Card, Union Plus and Teamster Privilege.
During any intro-APR periods offered for balance transfers, a balance transfer fee of 3% of the transaction will be applied. After the intro period passes, you’ll pay zero balance transfer fees. The regular balance transfer APR is 16.24%, 21.74% or 25.24% variable.

Download the Capital One® Mobile app. Use it to activate your credit card, to pay your bills, send money to friends and family and more.
Pay on time. After the close of each billing cycle, you have a grace period of 25 days to pay your balance. If you do, there will be zero interest on your purchases.
