After you are approved you can expect your credit card with 10 business days. Activating the card is easily done via phone or on the credit card activation page.
When does interest begin to accumulate?
Any balance that is not paid off before the payment due date will begin accruing interest if you do not have a grace period. Balance transfers will accrue interest immediately after the transaction is made, even if your balance is paid in full by the payment due date.
What is a cash credit line?
A portion of your available credit line is available for cash advances. These advances are used in situations such as returned payments, transaction fees, cash equivalents, overdraft protection cash advances, same-day online cash advances, ATM cash advances and over the counter cash advances.
How do I request a credit line increase?
Credit line increases are made online through the Online Banking portal. Under the Information & Services tab you will find where credit line increase requests can be made.
Can I use Text Banking with my card?
Checking, savings, and credit card accounts can be accessed easily by text when you send a command to 692632 (MYBofA). Before you can use Text Banking you will need to enroll through Online Banking or by phone.
How can I spend or redeem my rewards points?
Rewards points can be redeemed online or by phone. The Online Banking portal has your rewards points information under the Rewards tab. To redeem points by phone call 800-434-8313.
What is the minimum number of points I need before redeeming?
To start redeeming your points you must have accumulated at least 2,500. You can check your balance under the Rewards tab through the Online Banking portal.

What does Overdraft Protection cost?
Enrolling in Overdraft Protection does not have a cost associated with it. There are fees that may apply after enrollment when the service is used, but certain Bank of America accounts will waive the transfer fee. Cash advances and overdraft transfers will accrue interest at the APR for bank cash advances, which you can find on your Credit Card Agreement.
