Capital One credit cards with no foreign transaction fee

Take your pick — from travel to cashback to secured cards.

Updated

Fact checked
Capital One charges 0% foreign transaction fees for all of its credit cards, and for its debit cards for 360 products (such as 360 Checking and 360 MONEY). However, it may charge a fee of $2 plus 3% of the transaction amount for non-360 products when you withdraw from an ATM abroad.

If you need a credit card for a vacation abroad, Capital One is an excellent option. On top of charging no foreign transaction fees, most of the provider’s products offer solid, reliable rewards.

What is a typical Capital One foreign transaction fee?

None of Capital One’s cards have foreign transaction fees — even the nontravel products.

While it’s typical for travel cards to have no foreign transaction fees, it’s relatively unusual for other types of cards. Providers generally charge 3% of the purchase amount for a foreign transaction. Capital One waives this fee for all its products.
